Cemco, Inc. portable batch plants meet or exceed the tolerance requirement for any job. The plant is extremely accurate, and given that all valves are hydraulically operated, they have amazing control. Furthermore, temperature and humidity have little effect on their operation. Cemco, Inc. has been manufacturing concrete batching and mixing equipment since 1975. Our portable plants have produced concrete for nuclear facilities, state DOT jobs, wind-farms, Army Corps of Engineers sites and numerous additional projects with demanding concrete specifications. Cemco, Inc. customers include Cemex (Central and South America), Ready Mix USA, Trinity Industries (Transit Mix), and the U.S. Navy.
When customers purchase their Cemco Portable Batch Plant, a technician will be scheduled to assist in the initial set-up of the batch plant; customers should be ready to actually produce concrete while the technician is present. There is no charge for the initial two day setup. (Travel expenses may be incurred for setup outside the U.S.)
Cemco offers unlimited 24/7 telephone technical support for all of its customers. Office staff will connect customers to technical support or parts orders during regular business hours. Parts are often drop shipped from the parts manufacturer, or shipped from Cemco out-of-stock when available. Note, some parts require a lead time from the date of order.

Cemco, Inc’s manufacturing facility is in the small town of Olney, TX. Prices are F.O.B. Olney, Texas, 76374. CEMCO, Inc. can provide contacts with trucking companies that have transported CEMCO equipment in the past. The equipment can be pulled with only a fifth wheel truck. Please feel free to seek quotes from trucking companies you may be familiar with. The shipping origin, destination and equipment dimensions (provided upon request) will enable trucking companies to submit quotes.
