Mobile AGGREGATE FEEDER BELTS

CEMCO Mobile Aggregate Feeder Belts are made to increase the production capability and ease of operation of a CEMCO Batch Plant. All CEMCO Batch plants are made with the capability of running up to one conveyor per aggregate scale. The conveyors are completely automated through the control system. The basic logic is for the conveyor to turn on if the corresponding aggregate scale is neither batching or full. In this manner, the loader operator simply has to add material to the hopper and let the controls do the rest.

+ SELF-CONTAINED

Each conveyor ships as one load. There is a single, fixed axle that stays in place for travel or in the setup position. Like all CEMCO equipment, each conveyor has a standard fifth wheel hookup. They hookup to the batch plant via 2 hydraulic quick connects, and, for sand, an air quick connect for the vibrator.

+ EASY SETUP

Each conveyor has a quick pin setup that allows the conveyor to go from the travel to the batching position using a wheel loader. Once the conveyor has been raised up into the batching position, it may be pushed into place using a wheel loader.

+ QUALITY CONTROL

After completion, each conveyor goes through a quality control checklist. The conveyors are hooked up to a batch plant and run to insure functionality.
